"How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days. Shipping times can take 1-3 weeks (business days) from the time of purchase until your order is shipped worldwide, unless specified in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping e.g. 3-8 days shipping. Shipping times can be found in the product description of all products, as well as shipping times sometimes vary depending on the item in particular.

Because we ship directly from our partners and many of our products are in high demand, it may take 1-3 weeks (business days) for your item(s) to arrive. If you purchase different items, it is possible that you will receive more than one package.

Please do not worry if it does not arrive right away. We provide tracking numbers with each number as well.

We strive to have one of the fastest response times on the internet. So far, we have managed to achieve our best results on a regular basis, responding to inquiries within 1-3 hours, but we are not always perfect, so please allow up to 24 hours - especially on weekends or holidays.
